Performing Arts

Throughout the school year, MacKillop Catholic College students can develop their artistic potential by being involved in many performances including the biannual College Musical. Students have the opportunity to unpack scripts, discover text and learn how to make meaning from script, follow stage direction, become a character, improvise and create theatre.

Students involved in Performing Arts also have the opportunity to be involved in the annual Ember Festival and Fusion.

The Performing Arts is led by the Program Leader:  Performing Arts and is supported by a team of teachers whose abilities and skills range across all aspects of theatre, performance, design and technical support.
